Cancellation Policy
At SKYN BY KYLA, we strive to provide exceptional service and respect for everyone’s time. To maintain fairness and accommodate all clients, we have implemented a clear booking policy. Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. If a client is more than ten minutes late without contacting Kyla in advance, the appointment will be considered a no-show and may not be accommodated. Consistency and reliability are important, and failing to show up for an appointment without prior notice will be marked as a no-show. If a client accumulates three no-shows, they will no longer be permitted to book future appointments with SKYN BY KYLA. This policy ensures fairness and availability for all clients who value and respect our time and services. We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you anticipate being late or need to reschedule, please communicate with Kyla as soon as possible. Open communication allows us to provide the best possible experience for everyone. Additionally, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to allow others the opportunity to secure an appointment.
